Bonnie was a super help finding my 30th wedding anniversary diamond band. She spent countless hours with me selecting just the right one. Had to rework my engagement band as well. Nicole has been our AMAZING support partner since 2021 when we bought my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band. Fast forward a year later when my wife’s vision changed in her dream wedding set. We contacted Nicole that morning around 10AM and by 5PM that same day Nicole had a Plan in place to upgrade and completely redesign the set. Nicole completely blew our expectations out of the water and did all of this from a screenshot that my wife had sent her weeks prior. We will forever remain as clients to Nicole and Carson’s. Next project will actually take place this month in my wife’s 2nd wedding band. So excited to see what Nicole accomplishes next! Carson’s is beyond lucky to have her, as are we!

She helped us design a custom engagement ring that turned out even better than we imagined, taking the time to explain every detail about the stones and design options so we felt confident every step of the way. They are the best jewelers in the area. There was a defect with a bracelet that I bought for my wife a year ago and they called me and explained the issues and offered to make it right with store credit. The most honest people you could do business with and I will be exclusively buying from them from now on. Kimberly was very helpful and made the experience great.
